Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in the large living room with the open kitchen area. The kitchen is newly installed and has all the usual appliances, like a large fridge-freezer, an electric oven, a gas hob with 4 burners, a dishwasher and a micro-wave.
Under the stairs there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
On the first floor you will find three spacious bedrooms. The largest one has a large double bed (2 m x 1,8m) with space for an extra bed or cot. There is also enough storage area for clothing.
The second bedroom has two single beds (2,0×0,90). And the third one has a bunkbed, next to another single bed.
All rooms are freshly painted and have a beautiful chestnut floor.
The second bathroom has a shower, two washbasins and a second toilet. There is also a washing machine.
There is a large pool in the back garden, newly build in 2017: 11,5 m x 5,5 m and at the deepest point 2,0
The gîte provides ample room for 6-8 persons.
